We believe every employee deserves equal access to development opportunities. Our training supports managers in nurturing diverse growth paths, creating mentorship structures, and encouraging inclusive learning opportunities.
By promoting a culture of growth that values diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences, we help you ensure everyone has a chance to contribute meaningfully and reach their full potential.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

While we don’t conduct the recruitment process ourselves, we provide expert guidance on building equitable and inclusive hiring practices. Our training for recruitment teams and managers emphasises recognising unconscious bias, practicing fair hiring, and designing interview processes that reflect and support diverse talent.
We help you create onboarding experiences that welcome every individual’s unique perspective and foster a sense of belonging from day one.

3. Performance Management

Our training equips managers with the skills to conduct fair and unbiased performance evaluations. We provide frameworks that center on transparent communication and developmental-focused feedback, while emphasising equitable treatment for all employees. Managers learn how to establish performance goals that honor individual strengths, support growth, and eliminate biases that can impact evaluations, fostering a fair and just workplace.

4. Outplacement Support

Transitions are an important part of an employee’s journey, and our outplacement services support managers in providing fair and inclusive career transition assistance.
While we don’t directly place employees in new roles, we offer resources—including professional branding, career coaching insights, and assessment guides—to help departing employees, regardless of background, prepare for the next steps in their careers with confidence.

Ana Maria Etcheverry — Lead Consultant

With a degree in International Business and Marketing, my career journey has been anything but linear—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Starting out in marketing, I transitioned into sales within the financial services industry. After an inspiring solo round-the-world trip, I made Australia my home, where I partnered with businesses to build their all-star teams. As a recruiter and program manager for early careers, I understand the value of fostering talent and the power of intergenerational relationships, working across sectors like banking, construction, tech, and law.

I’m a proud multipotentialite and servant leader, passionate about people and committed to creating extraordinary experiences. My experience has taught me that true impact comes from empowering others and connecting diverse perspectives to drive growth and innovation.
